To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the dehumidifier off for 15 minutes after the initial WiFi connection and then power it on to update the firmware to the latest version. Users may experience some initial sound and odor, which is normal, and should wait patiently for 10 minutes.

The dehumidifier emits heat during operation, which is how it absorbs moisture. The Auto Mode feature includes a Maintain function that adjusts the humidity range to ensure a comfortable and consistent environment, reducing the frequency of the device turning on and off due to ambient humidity changes.
